GerHub
As part of my community development work, I partnered with GerHub to support community-driven initiatives through visual communication and strategic design. I developed posters, social media content, and contributed to a broader marketing approach, while also working on human-centered industrial design projects—including a multipurpose community space and a street redesign in Ulaanbaatar—focused on improving accessibility, safety, and everyday quality of life in Ulaanbaatar.

Visual Communication Design
I designed a series of posters to promote Felt City Tours, keeping them consistent with GerHub’s visual style while also helping build a unique identity for the program. I focused on making the designs feel inviting and story-driven, highlighting the tours’ cultural experiences—like Mongolian cooking classes, traditional calligraphy lessons, ger district visits, and community-led activities. The goal was to show these tours as more personal and authentic than typical tourism, while creating a cohesive look that reflects both the culture and the community behind it.
Ideation
My ideation process started with understanding the community and goals of the project, then quickly exploring a wide range of concepts through sketching and brainstorming. I iterated on the strongest ideas, refining them based on feedback and how well they communicated the intended experience, before developing them into more resolved design directions.
Brand Merchandise & Identity Design
I created a series of branded assets for Felt City Tours, including a sticker and a t-shirt for the Youth Fellowship Program, to help build a strong and recognizable visual identity. Each piece was designed to feel cohesive with the overall brand while also being engaging and wearable, especially for young participants. I focused on translating the spirit of the program—community, culture, and hands-on learning—into graphics that feel approachable, meaningful, and rooted in the local experience.
Ideation
Felt City Tours Brand Assets
I designed a set of stickers and icons for Felt City Tours to capture the program’s playful and cultural spirit. Each sticker highlights elements of Mongolian culture and the unique experiences offered by the tours, making them both fun and meaningful.
Social Media & Content Creation
I worked on managing Felt City Tours’ Instagram presence as part of a collaborative team, focusing on how we wanted to present the brand and its cultural experiences online. My work included developing the overall marketing strategy and designing posts that showcased activities like Mongolian cooking classes, calligraphy lessons, and ger district visits. This role emphasized visual communication design and strategic thinking, helping shape a cohesive and engaging online identity.

Urban Streetscape Redesign
I worked on redesigning a street in Ulaanbaatar with the goal of improving walkability and reducing illegal parking. The project focused on creating a safer, more organized environment for pedestrians while accommodating local traffic needs. Through spatial planning, physical interventions, and visual cues, the redesign encourages better traffic behavior and fosters a more accessible and inviting public space for the community.

I contributed to designing a flexible multipurpose room in the 43rd Khoroo Civic Hall, aimed at serving a variety of community needs—from small play areas to work spaces. The design focuses on adaptability, functionality, and comfort, incorporating modular furniture, efficient layouts, and thoughtful spatial planning. The goal was to create a welcoming environment that encourages community engagement and can easily transform to support different activities.
